Update on New Agenda Management System (Granicus) and Recording of Failed Motions and Meeting Actions of the Board of Supervisors
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve staff's recommendation for recording actions of the Board of Supervisors as follows: on Agenda Items where the Board of Supervisors takes an action other than what was recommended in the Staff Report, the Clerk of the Board will now record that action on the "Action Summary" document, rather than generating a separate "Board Order" to record the final action of the Board; and all motions where Board Members vote be recorded in the "Action Summary" for that meeting, regardless of whether the motion passes or fails.
