Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the agreement with Humboldt Waste Management Authority (HWMA) for the period of July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2019; authorize the Chair to sign three original copies of the contract; direct the Clerk of the Board to return three signed original contracts to Public Health Administration for processing.
