Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors receive and file the Proposals for pharmaceutical services received in response to RFP# PHARMACYRFP2014; approve awarding a contract for pharmaceutical services to Diamond Drugs, Incorporated; approve DHHS entering into negotiations with Diamond Drugs, Inc. to sign a contract for pharmaceutical services; and authorize the DHHS Director to sign and execute a contract for pharmaceutical services with Diamond Drugs, Inc., upon approval of Risk Management and County Counsel that is substantially similar to the Sample Agreement for Pharmaceutical Services attached to RFP# PHARMACYRFP2014.
