DISCUSSION:
The Board of Supervisors proclaim September 2026 as Recovery Month in Humboldt County. The Board also encourages residents to celebrate recovery with the community on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026 at Sequoia Park for the Recovery Happens in Humboldt Annual Picnic.
