1. Consider making the appointment to the HTFHSC.

DISCUSSION:
At the May 10, 2022, Board of Supervisors’ meeting, The Board was notified that there was a vacancy on the HTFHSC. This vacancy was due to the term expiration of current member Marc Delany. The applications period was opened, and previous applicants were contacted to inquire about interest.
The appointment would be for a four-year term with an expiration date of June 28, 2026.
There is currently only one applicant. That is Marc Delany, the incumbent. He requests reappointment.

ALTERNATIVES TO STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS:
The Board could postpone the appointment for other applications to be received, however this vacancy is specific in requirements. The Committee is also in a quorum situation that could be resolved by making the appointment today.
