Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors, acting as the Governing Body of Sempervirens Psychiatric Health Facility, and on the recommendation of the Department of Health and Human Services - Mental Health, approve the appointment of Micah Hoffman, M.D. as Interim Chief of Inpatient Psychiatric Services of Humboldt County Mental Health-Sempervirens, effective February 13, 2016.
