SUBJECT:title
Renewal of the Professional Services Agreement with Redwood Community Services, Inc. Regarding the Provision of High-Fidelity Wraparound Services to Eligible Children and Youth in the Amount of $1,337,637end

RECOMMENDATION(S):Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Approve, and authorize the Chair of the Board to execute, the attached professional services agreement with Redwood Community Services, Inc. regarding the provision of high-fidelity wraparound services to children and youth who have been placed, or are at risk of being placed in, foster care due to their involvement in the child welfare or juvenile justice systems in an amount not to exceed $1,337,637 for the period of Oct. 1, 2025, through Sept. 30, 2028; and
2. Authorize the Department of Health and Human Services - Child Welfare Services Director, or a designee thereof, to execute any and all subsequent amendments to the attached professional services agreement with Redwood Community Services, Inc., after review and approval by County Counsel, Risk Management and the County Administrative Office; and
3. Direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) fully executed original copy of the attached professional services agreement with Redwood Community Services, Inc. to the Department of Health and Human Services - Contract Unit for further processing.
