Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors open the public hearing, receive and consider the staff report, and accept public comment; close the public hearing and deliberate; adopt Resolution No. _____ (Attachment 5), acknowledging receipt of the Coastal Commission's resolutions adopted September 10, 2015, referring the Coastal Commission's Suggested Modifications adopted September 10, 2015 to the Planning Commission for report and recommendation, and setting reporting time limit of forty (40) calendar days or less for the Planning Commission report its recommendations on the three proposed amendments to the Board of
Supervisors pursuant to Government Code Sections 65356 and 65857.
