Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors adopt a Resolution authorizing the Public Works Director to execute documents necessary to submit grant applications, on behalf of Humboldt Transit Authority (HTA), for operating assistance for Southern Humboldt Inter-City and Willow Creek Bus Transit Systems and publish all public notices, at HTA's expense, required for the submission of such grant applications.
