Second Amendment to the Agreement for Professional Services for Design Engineering and Project Development for Williams Creek Bridge (4C-209) on Grizzly Bluff Road (2G100) Post Mile 10.21
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Second Amendment to the Agreement for Professional Services with Mark Thomas & Company, Inc. dated March 25, 2014 ("Professional Services Agreement"), which includes additional services needed to mitigate negative impacts to adjacent landowners, increases the maximum amount payable to include the provision of such additional services and adjusts the standard billing rate schedule; authorize the Chairman of the Board to execute three (3) originals of the Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) executed originals of the Second Amendment to the Department of Public Works for further processing.
