Final Supplemental Program Environmental Impact Report on Gravel Removal form the Lower Mad River, Humboldt County, California
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors open the public hearing and receive the staff report; accept public comment on the Final Supplemental Program Environmental Impact Report (FSPEIR); close the public hearing; deliberate on the document as necessary, and certify the FSPEIR by adopting the attached resolution (Attachment 1); and direct the Clerk of the Board to give notice of the decision to the applicant and any other interested party.
