Resolution to Summarily Vacate a Portion of Alley between Walnut Drive and Cedar Avenue, North of Arbutus Street and South of Fern Avenue, in Cutten
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors adopt the attached resolution to summarily vacate a portion of the alley between Cedar Avenue and Walnut Drive, in the Cutten area of Eureka at the request of the agent for the property owner, Gerald Pavlich, pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 8331 (Attachment 1); and direct the Clerk of the Board to record in the Office of the County Recorder, a certified copy of the resolution via the Land Use Division.
