DISCUSSION:

Starla Faye Early worked for the County of Humboldt for over 20 years.  On April 24th, 2020 Starla passed away leaving a legacy of service to her community.  The Board of Supervisors would like to honor Starla Faye Early, in memoriam, for her many years of service and dedication to the citizens of Humboldt County.
