Approval of the Agreement between Humboldt County and Fortuna Community Services D.B.A. '"HART" for Driving Under the Influence Programs for Fiscal Years 2014-15 through 2018-19
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Agreement between County of Humboldt and Fortuna Community Services, D.B.AHumboldt Alcohol Recovery Treatment (HART) for Fiscal Years 2014-2019; authorize the Chair to execute three (3) copies of the Agreement effective July 1, 2014; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) executed copies of the Agreement to the Department of Health and Human Services-Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Mental Health.
