RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Appoint Board members to various boards, commissions and committees for the 2026 calendar year; and
2. Review the ad hoc committee list to determine if they are still active and if changes are needed; and
3. Direct the Clerk of the Board to bring back the completed appointment list on consent at a future Board of Supervisors meeting for final approval.

DISCUSSION:
Each year the Board of Supervisors reviews a list of board, commission and committee appointments and makes new appointments for the upcoming calendar year. As part of this review, the Board may also choose to disband an advisory board, commission or committee that has completed its charter or is no longer needed.
This year the Clerk of the Board would also like to review the Board’s ad hoc committees to determine which ad hoc committees are still active and necessary.
