1. Adopt the Resolution and direct the Clerk of the Board to prepare a fully executed copy for Supervisor Bushnell to deliver to Caltrans.

DISCUSSION:
The Garberville Rotary Club has requested that the Board of Supervisors pass a resolution, required by Caltrans, authorizing the closure of portions of Locust Street, Melville Road, Redwood Drive, and Conger Street on June 19, 2021 from 11:00am - 12:00pm for the annual Garberville Rodeo Parade.
