RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Approve, and authorize the Chair of the Board to execute, the attached first amendment to the agreement for consultant services with Quincy Engineering, Inc. as assigned to Consor North America, Inc. regarding the provision of design engineering and environmental services for the Holmes-Larabee Bridge Project [Contract Number 594171];
2. Approve, and authorize the Chair of the Board to execute, the attached first amendment to the agreement for consultant services with Quincy Engineering, Inc. as assigned to Consor North America, Inc. regarding the provision of design engineering and environmental services for the McCann Bridge Project [Contract Number 594172]; and
3. Direct the Clerk of the Board to return one fully executed original copy of the attached first amendments to the Department of Public Works for further processing.

DISCUSSION:
On March 14, 2017, the Humboldt County Department of Public Works issued a Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") for the purpose of selecting a qualified consultant team for the provision of design engineering and environmental services for both the Holmes-Larabee and McCann Bridge Projects.
