That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Appoint Michael McGrath to the Fortuna Cemetery District Board.

DISCUSSION:
The Fortuna District has one vacancy on their Board. Supervisor Estelle Fennell is recommending the appointment of Michael McGrath to fill that vacancy. Mr. McGrath’s term would be for four years and would expire on April 14, 2020.
