Approval of Agreement for Services between Humboldt County Sheriff's Office Animal Control and Henry David Trobitz, DVM and Heather Trobitz, Sole Proprietors of McKinleyville Animal Care Center
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Agreement for Services with Henry David Trobitz, DVM and Heather Trobitz, Sole Proprietors of McKinleyville Animal Care Center to provide veterinarian care and consultation for the Animal Shelter (Attachment 1); authorize the Chair of the Board to execute three (3) originals of the Agreement for Services; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) fully executed originals of the Agreement to the Sheriff's Office for forwarding to interested parties.
