That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Dissolve the Cannabis Ad-Hoc Committee.

DISCUSSION:
On January 16, 2018, the Board of Supervisors disbanded the Medical Marijuana Ad Hoc Committee and created the Cannabis Ad Hoc Committee. Since that time, the Cannabis Ad Hoc Committee has been working diligently on issues related to cannabis. However, at this time, it is recommended that the Cannabis Ad-Hoc Committee be dissolved as the majority of the cannabis issues have been resolved and any new issues are being discussed with the Board of Supervisors as a whole.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Approval of this item results in no impact to the county General Fund beyond staff time in developing this report.
