Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the additional solid waste and recycling services proposed by Recology Humboldt County (RHC) for the Blue Lake/Fieldbrook, Garberville and Holmes/Redcrest areas of Humboldt County; and direct staff to return to the Board on June 28, 2016 with contract amendments which incorporate the approved additional solid waste and recycling services into the solid waste collection franchise agreements with RHC for the Blue Lake/Fieldbrook, Garberville and Holmes/Redcrest areas of Humboldt County.
