Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors adopt the attached Resolution to summarily vacate a small easement for road purposes on Lot 16 of Block 200, of Tract 42 of the Shelter Cove Subdivision on Combs Road pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 8334(Attachment 1); and direct the Clerk of the Board to return a certified copy of the Resolution summarily vacating a small easement for road purposes on Lot 16 of Block 200 of Tract 42 of the Shelter Cove Subdivision on Combs Road to the Land Use Division for recordation.
