RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Approve and ratify Correctional Lieutenant Chelsey Camilli's signature to accept the CalAim Path 4 Grant for the Sheriff's Office in the amount of $300,000 (Attachment 1), such authorization shall be retroactive to April 23, 2026; and
2. Approve and ratify the Chief Probation Officer Coral Sanders' signature to accept the CalAim Path 4 Grant for Probation in the amount of $300,000 (Attachment 2), such authorization shall be retroactive to April 23, 2026; and
3. Authorize the Chair of the Board, Sheriff, Correctional Captain, Correctional Lieutenant, and Deputy Director of Financial and Support Services to execute all other certifications, assurances, or documents required by the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) that are necessary for the acceptance and management of the Sheriff's Office CalAim Path 4 Grant; and
4. Authorize the Chair of the Board and Chief Probation Officer to execute all other certifications, assurances, or documents required by the DHCS that are necessary for the acceptance and management of Probation's CalAim Path 4 Grant.
