That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Adopt the amended resolution.

The appellant has paid in full the appeal fee associated with the appeal.
DISCUSSION:
On January 14, 2020 the Board of Supervisors held a public hearing to consider the appeal of the Planning Commission’s denial of the Hawk Valley Farms LLC Conditional Use Permit application for 43,560 square feet of outdoor commercial cannabis cultivation. At this hearing the Board denied the appeal submitted by Hawk Valley Farms LLC and denied the Conditional Use Permit. The resolution adopted by the Board had a minor error that referenced the incorrect date of the Board meeting. The amended resolution has been revised to reflect the correct date of January 14, 2020.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There will be no additional effect on the General Fund. The appellant has paid in full the appeal fee associated with this appeal.
