The SEIR also addresses other aspects of the Samoa Town Master Plan which will be the subject of future permit actions.

Recommendation

Move to certify the Supplemental Master EIR adopt the resolution to adopt the Statement of Overriding Considerations, make findings for approval of Samoa Pacific Group Coastal Development Permit and Conditional Use Permit project subject to the recommended conditions.
