DISCUSSION:
Supervisor Bushnell is announcing the appointment of Lance Morton to the HRC representing the second district. Lance will serve a four-year term with an end date of October 3, 2027.
All appointed members will be required to comply with the California Fair Political Practices Form 700 requirements as well as completing the AB1234 Ethics training every two years.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is no financial impact to appointing a member to the HRC as they serve in a volunteer capacity and do not receive a stipend for their services.
