DISCUSSION:
The Humboldt County Resource Conservation Board has one unscheduled at-large vacancy due to the resignation of Lauri Barnwell.
A vacancy notice has been posted according to the Board of Supervisors protocol. A separate agenda item will be brought back on June 19, 2026, for the consideration of appointments. This appointment will be for the remainder of the term that expires in November 2028.

All appointed members of the Humboldt County Resource Conservation Board are required to comply with California Fair Political Practices Form 700 requirements as well as completing AB1234 Ethics Training every two years.
