That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Appoint Supervisor Rex Bohn as the Member on the RCEA Board and consider the appointment of another Board Member to serve as the alternate.

DISCUSSION:
On April 1, 2022, the Clerk of the Board’s office received notification that Supervisor Mike Wilson had resigned from the RCEA Board effective March 31, 2022. Supervisor Rex Bohn has stepped up and has been serving on the RCEA Board since Supervisor Wilson’s resignation. As such, it is being recommended that Supervisor Rex Bohn be appointed the member on the RCEA Board and that another Board Member be appointed to serve as the Alternate, effective immediately.
