Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors by a 4/5's vote approve and authorize the Chairperson to execute the attached lease agreement, with Ramones Bakery and Cafe, Inc.; and direct the Clerk of the Board to retain the original executed lease agreement and return one certified copy of the same to the Land Use Division for further processing.
