DISCUSSION:
City Ambulance of Eureka is celebrating 50 years of continuous service to Humboldt County and the greater North Coast region. Since 1975, City Ambulance has provided essential emergency medical services, including 911 response and hospital transport, with stations in Eureka, Fortuna and Garberville.
Serving a large and often rural area, from Humboldt through northern Mendocino counties and into Lake County, City Ambulance has remained a reliable and trusted partner in public safety. Their dedication, professionalism and collaboration with law enforcement, fire and healthcare providers have made them a vital part of the region’s emergency response system.
This milestone offers the Board of Supervisors an opportunity to recognize and thank City Ambulance for five decades of compassionate, life-saving service to the residents of Humboldt County.
