RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Approve, and authorize the Chair of the Board to execute, the attached first amendment to the license agreement with the Humboldt County Resource Conservation District regarding use of the real property located at 5630 South Broadway, Eureka, California; and
2. Direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) fully executed original copy of the attached first amendment to the license agreement with the Humboldt County Resource Conservation District to the Real Property Division of the Department of Public Works for further processing.

DISCUSSION:
On January 22, 2019, the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors ("Board") approved a license agreement with the Humboldt County Resource Conservation District ("HCRCD") regarding use of one hundred sixty-eight (168) square feet of office space, utilities and janitorial located in the County of Humboldt's Agricultural Building at 5630 South Broadway, Eureka, California. In return for providing office space to HCRCD, the County of Humboldt benefits from state, federal and private funds received by HCRCD to implement resource conservation projects on behalf of the residents of Humboldt County.
