Recommendation

Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration for the project pursuant to Section §15074 of the State CEQA Guidelines, make all of the required findings for approval of the Conditional Use Permit and adopt the Resolution approving the Arcata Land Company, LLC Conditional Use Permit as recommended by staff subject to the recommended conditions and the recommended conditions.
