DISCUSSION:
The purpose of the Williamson Act Advisory Committee is to provide input into the process of implementing and administering the Williamson Act in Humboldt County, and when appropriate, to inform and make recommendations to the Board of Supervisors.
The Clerk of the Board’s office was notified that three members of the Williamson Act Advisory Committee have terms that will expire on June 30, 2024. Therefore, Supervisor Bushnell is reappointing Jack Rice, Supervisor Arroyo is reappointing Mark Moore and Supervisor Madrone is reappointing Dean Hunt to continue their service on this committee. Their new terms will be for an additional two years, ending on June 30, 2026.
