Authorization for the Social Services Branch Director to Sign Agreements with Community Based Organizations for Participation with CalFresh Outreach and Support Activities
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the attached form Agreement for Community Based Organizations participating with the Department of Health and Human Services for CalFresh Outreach and Support activities each to not exceed $48,000; and authorize the Social Services Branch Director of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to sign individual agreements on behalf of the Board of Supervisors substantially in the form of the attached sample upon proof of insurance.
