Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors receive and file the bids for Construction of Red Cap Road Shoulder Widening PM 0.0 to 0.3 (Phase I); award the contract to Ken's Water Tender, Inc. for the total amount of $395,977.00; authorize the Chairman to execute the project agreement upon submittal of the appropriate bonds and insurance; and direct the Auditor-Controller to establish a new contract account 0313 Red Cap Road Shoulder Widening and transfer $415,776.00 to the account per the attached appropriation transfer.
