Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Agreement with Transitional Residential Treatment Facilities (TRTF), Inc. for July 1, 2009 - June 30, 2010; authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute three (3) copies of the agreement effective July 1, 2009; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return executed two (2) copies of agreement to Mental Health Branch Administration.
