RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Adopt the attached resolution authorizing the acting Director of Aviation, or a designee thereof, to execute any and all documents necessary to secure and accept Grant Offer for AIP Grant No. 3-06-0010-060-2024 in the amount of $883,043.00, once received;
2. Authorize the acting Director of Aviation, or a designee thereof, to execute future amendments to AIP Grant No. 3-06-0010-060-2024, after review by County Counsel, Risk Management and the County Administrative Office;
3. Authorize the acting Director of Aviation, or a designee thereof, to execute the Professional Services Agreement with Armstrong Consultants, Inc. for ACV Reconstruct/Relocate Taxiway A Design in an amount not to exceed $903,540.00 for the period of September 10, 2024 through June 30, 2025, after review and approval by County Counsel, Risk Management and the County Administrative Office; and
4. Authorize the acting Director of Aviation, or a designee thereof, to execute any and all subsequent amendments, to the attached Professional Services Agreement with Armstrong Consultants Inc., after review and approval by County Counsel, Risk Management, and the County Administrative Office.
