That the Board of Supervisors adjourn and reconvene as the Board of Directors of those special districts governed by the Board of Supervisors: Open the public hearing; receive reports from staff; receive testimony from public; close the public hearing; approve and adopt the Fiscal Year 2014-2015 budgets for special districts governed by the Board of Supervisors; and adopt the attached Resolution No. _____ establishing fiscal year 2014-2015 budgets for special districts governed by the Board of Supervisors.
