State Standard Agreement #16-10248 for the Preharvest Shellfish Sanitation Program
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve State Standard Agreement #16-10248 with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) - in the amount of $29,040 in Fund 1175, Budget Unit 435, Public Health Laboratory for the period of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2019; authorize the Chair of the Board to sign five (5) signature pages of the agreement; authorize the Director of Public Health, or designee to sign any subsequent amendments or budget revisions directly related to this agreement; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return all signed documents to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)-Contract Unit.
