Letter of Acknowledgement Regarding Cellular Account Migration and Contract Vehicle Offer Under the Cooperative Telecommunications Services Procurement Agreement Between the National Association of State Procurement Officials and Verizon Wirelessend
RECOMMENDATION(S):Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Approve, and authorize the Purchasing Agent, or a designee thereof, to execute, the attached letter of acknowledgement regarding cellular account migration and contract vehicle offer under the cooperative telecommunications services procurement agreement between the National Association of State Procurement Officials and Verizon Wireless; and
2. Authorize the Purchasing Agent, or a designee thereof, to execute any and all amendments to the attached letter of acknowledgement, after review and approval by County Counsel, Risk Management and the County Administrative Office; and
3. Direct the Clerk of the Board to provide the County Administrative Office with one (1) fully executed certified copy of the Board order related to this item.
