Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Agreement between Humboldt County and Transitional Residential Treatment Facilities (TRTF), Inc. for Fiscal Years 2014-2015 and 2015-2016; authorize the Chair of the Board to execute three (3) copies of the Agreement effective July 1, 2014; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) executed copies of the Agreement to the Department of Health and Human Services-Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Mental Health.
