Approve the Option to Extend the Lease Agreement with Rachael-Jill Hemmert
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the option to extend the Lease for 824 Harris Street with Rachael-Jill Hemmert for Fiscal Year 2010-2011; direct the Clerk of the Board to return one executed Board agenda item to the Public Works- Real Property Agent; and authorize the Public Works-Real Property Agent to send a letter notifying Rachael-Jill Hemmert that the County is exercising the first option to extend the lease for an additional one year term, from July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011.
