Agreement between Humboldt County and Transitional Residential Treatment Facilities Inc.
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Agreement between Humboldt County and Transitional Residential Treatment Facilities Inc. (TRTF) for Fiscal Year 2010-2011; authorize the Chair of the Board to execute three (3) copies of the Agreement effective July 1, 2010; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) copies of the Agreement to Mental Health Branch Administration.
