1. Adopt the resolution and direct the Clerk of the Board to prepare a fully executed copy for Supervisor Bushnell to deliver to Caltrans.

The Southern Humboldt Chamber of Commerce has requested that the Board of Supervisors pass a resolution, as required by Caltrans, authorizing the closure of Benbow Dr. on July 4, 2024 for the Annual Fourth of July event from approximately 9:30 to 10:30 p.m.
