Recommendation

That the Board of Supervisors:

1.                     Adopt the Resolution and direct the Clerk of the Board to prepare a fully executed copy for Supervisor Bushnell to deliver to Caltrans.

DISCUSSION:

The Southern Humboldt Chamber of Commerce has requested that the Board of Supervisors pass a resolution required by Caltrans, authorizing the closure of Benbow Drive on July 4, 2021 for the Annual 4th of July event from approximately 9:30pm to 10:30pm.
