DISCUSSION:
The Humboldt County Board of Supervisors would like to congratulate the 2023 Varsity Ferndale Wildcat football team in winning their first ever 7AA State Championship. On Dec. 8, 2023, the Ferndale Wildcats took the field in Torrance California to play the Fairfax Lions In the Championship game. The Wildcats erased a 21-point deficit to beat the Lions in a 29-21 final score. Congratulations to the team and continued success in the years to come.
