DISCUSSION:
The Humboldt County Headwaters Fund Board has one scheduled at-large vacancy due to the term expiration of Elizabeth Cameron and the resignation of Rusty Hicks.
A Notice of Vacancy has been posted in accordance with the Board of Supervisors Protocol. A separate agenda item will be brought back on a future date for the consideration of appointment to fill the vacancies.
Applications are available at the Clerk of the Board office or at COB@co.humboldt.ca.us.
All appointed members of this board will be required to comply with the California Fair Political Practices Form 700 requirements as well as completing AB123 Ethics Training every two years.
