1. Reappoint Cyndy-Day Wilson, Dustin Owens, and Steven Loreus to the 2024 Humboldt County Law Library Board.

DISCUSSION:
The Humboldt County Law Library Board of Trustees has three At-Large seats that are appointed by the Board of Supervisors. One seat is ex-officio typically filled by the Chair of the Board of Supervisors or appointed by the Board and the other two vacancies are for local attorneys. Per the approved Board of Supervisors Protocol dated February 7, 2023, the Law Library Appointments were listed on Attachment B as an exemption to the At-Large protocol.
On December 18, the Clerk of the Boards Office was notified that the Humboldt County Law Library Board would like to reappoint their existing members to the 2024 Board of Trustees. Members seeking reappointment are Cyndy-Day Wilson, Dustin Owens, and Steven Loreus. These members have all requested to continue serving.
Attached please find the Humboldt County Law Library memo dated December 18, 2023 asking for he reappointments of its members. This is a one-year term with an end date of December 21, 2024.
