Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors authorizes the issuance of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for an outside contractor to design, conduct and create a review of Child Welfare Services systems: and authorizes the Department of Health and Human Services to negotiate a contract with the selected contractor.
