Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Humboldt County Office of Education to Establish a Multi-Tiered System of Support Coalition
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the MOU with Humboldt County Office of Education to establish a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) coalition that will implement Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports ("PBIS") curriculum; authorize the Chairperson to execute three (3) originals of the MOU; and direct the Clerk of the Board to route two (2) fully executed originals of the MOU to the DHHS-Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Social Services Administration.
